Astral Vic Bobbin Wound Commercial Swimming Pool Filter

The Vic filter from Astral is manufactured with a screw top lid for easy access along with a quick-locking mechanism for models with a diameter up to and including 2m. A bolt down lid is fitted to models with diameters of 2.35, 2.5 and 3.0m. With 1.5" ABS molded collector arms Astral have now replaced the need for interconnecting unions as these arms range in length from 90mm to 525mm, meaning that the maintenance involved with the Vic filter is easier and more effective. As the collector arms have an increased diameter this means that less head drain loss is accomplished.
